How can we offer such a guarantee?

We have great confidence in our teaching methods and the fact that they create long lasting results. Upon completion of your dog’s training you will receive an orientation that lasts almost two hours. We will show you how to maintain your dog’s training in the home and in public. By following our instructions it is highly unlikely you will experience a loss of training.

What if I experience a loss of training?

You are encouraged to call us for a phone consultation at no charge. Many training issues can be easily addressed to your satisfaction over the phone.

What if a phone consultation is not enough?

With our reliable system of training this is unlikely. If necessary we can book a private lesson with you and your dog at our location at no extra charge.

What if a private lesson does not fix the problem?

If private lessons do not resolve the issue simply bring your dog back to our location and we will work with your dog until we’ve fixed the problem. No extra training fees will apply, however if your dog overnights with us, a nominal boarding fee will apply on a per night basis.

Will my dog ever misbehave again?

Dogs will be dogs. No trainer can ever guarantee that your free willing dog will never misbehave again, however with our long lasting and reliable methods we are able to guarantee follow-up assistance for the life of your dog.

What does the guarantee cover?

The guarantee covers all the training issues that together we had originally established when booking your dog.

Can this guarantee be voided in any way?

This guarantee is for the life of the dog with the original owner only. If the dog is sold or placed with a new home training assistance can be provided at an additional charge.

Any signs of abuse or cruelty that has affected the training previously established. Our training methods are used to prevent and educate owners from abusing their dogs. Intentional disruption of established training through abuse will discontinue any and all commitments to you.
